"I am for legalization, but do not know how it is implemented." Exactly, how do you control it from kids where most addiction starts.. A big reason we have no drugs and exteme criminal penalties if sold near schools. columbia you grew up with a different culture approach with cocaine around you. I have no idea what could happen with the various cultures in our country. I do know from my exposure to addicts what the results can be when things go bad. Not many ever recover. Also drunk drivers still drive until they are locked up for the most part or someway put in a rehab program that eventually works for them. It is not unusual to find people being in four or five rehab programs and still cannot kick the habit of drugs or alcohol. Addiction is very strong and recovery is different for each person. I have observed the introvert, person who keeps to themselves, or fear seem to be more prone to addiction than extroverts etc. So do we do a gene test, personality testing.g
