Yes. I quoted his apology. You might want to read my edit. I'm curious if you find race baiting morally at the same level as accessing some other fear- like fear of a nuclear showdown. I find accessing fears coming from the outside world less morally troubling as accessing fears which divide citizens from each other within their own country. But that's just an opinion of mine, or a preference. You seem to be putting them all on the same level.

(actually morally troubling isn't even the right description- I find it dangerous to our society, from a practical point of view, and thus find it "bad")
