To all:
The SEC informed me that the stock was halted
so SEI can answer the following complaints

!!!!****First of all, these are very general and may or may not
be of concern********!!!!!and do not quote me exactly because this
was from a quick conversation!!!!

1) Lack of current financial information
2) Whether SEI has issued consultants shares and did not
register these issues
3) Why there a change in the audit firm (accountant)
4) Confirmation of product sales / and or products offered

There may have been one or two other items but I did not get them all down
over the phone. The SEC is going to send me the exact copy of
the complaints.

This may actually be in our favor, give everyone a chance
to settle down.
