IA, The spike to 51 3/8 was probably a short-covering rally, thus the rally stalled when all the shorts who wanted to, had covered. I recall that the short position in August was at a high for the year. What could cause shorts to cover? A. The preception that Windows CE is not as great a threat as it was once thought to be. B. The arrival of I2O. C. Jerry Fiddler's photo in Wired magazine D. All of the above. What could cause short sellers to lay on the stock now? A bear market. Frank
