The allegations of chicanery at Cal Micro Devices were real and justified. The CEO resigned and is either fighting civil or criminal proceedings (I don't remember which). The earnings were restated for the previous year - drastically downwards. The company brought in a new CEO and it took him a long while to recover any sales and the reputation of the company. I don't think anyone (so far) thinks the situation at Radisys is nearly as bad as Cal Micro - at least that I've heard. Mike
