PE's do not pertain to internet stocks. I absolutely agree. Are they overvalued? Of course. Are they good buys? I think that a portion of a portfolio in YHOO, AOL, NSCP, SEEK, XCIT, etc makes a lot of sense. Stocks are evaluated based upon future expectations. The internet is the biggest paradigm change that has occurred in a long time. Internet commerce, email, communication, data access is in the beginning of a HUGE movement. The companies that have staked out positions in the new internet age are the companies to own for the future. PEs are measures of past performance. Price is a measure of future expectations. Larrry
