You may submit your comments in writing as explained in the rule proposal or concept release. Alternatively, you may submit your comments through electronic mail by following the instructions below.

On the subject line of your e-mail, please indicate the file number of the rule on which you are commenting. This is the number that begins "S7-" or "SR-".
Include your name and professional affiliation (if any) somewhere in the body of the message.
If you attach a word processing document, please indicate which word processing format you used (for example, Word Perfect, MS Word, MS Works, ASCII text, HTML, etc.) and which version number if applicable (4.0, 5.1, 6.0, 6.1, 95, 97, 2000, etc.) at the start of the message body.
Please note that only documents submitted in HTML format will retain all formatting when presented on the website.
