My problem with the "recovery" is that most stocks already have it built into their earnings. Great, so we recover. Do I really want to pay 50X 2003 earnings for KLAC here? I just do not get the bull arguement. MSFT at 30X 2003 earnings. Or 55X 2003 earnings for EMLX. Looking at the charts, sure I think the Dow and the Naz are going higher from here, there is so much momentum and bullish talk, I do not see how they won't go higher in the short term. But please, make an arguement for me why someone should buy stocks at these price levels?
