Hi Bill.

I think that you and the author of this piece both would be surprised to learn the true sentiments of the more astute professional left, both technologically and legalwise. What you read in the popular press on this subject would more appropriately be found in the sports pages of the Daily News, where wind strength and direction can be seen affecting the outcome of volley ball matches. Best bet, move on and leave the subject to others to masturbate over until a natural equilibrium is reached, IMHO. I have all the faith in the world that those with significant market power will abuse their powers, and that someone will come along to upstage them with more reasonable and equitable offerings, either from within the industry or without.
