None of those amendments mentioned education. Equal protection might require that if the government is going to provide education it had to do so without discriminating by race, but providing no education would be providing an equal amount to everyone. The 1st amendment is relevant to free speech, religion etc. rights of people in the education systems, the fourth to searches, the eighth to extreme possible punishments of students, but zero provision of schooling or funds for schooling by governments at various levels wouldn't violate any of them.

All of those points can be relevant to how students can be treated, but none of them mean there is a constitutional right to an education (at least not under the US constitution, I'm pretty sure some state constitutions have such a constitutional right.)
