On who? The UN?

The terrorists do not distinguish between UN and non-UN. Note that the death of Australians in the Bali bombing was praised because of Australians' part in the seccession of East Timor. A UN operation.

I think few would mourn his exit. The trouble would start, IMHO, if the US attacked unilaterally and killed beaucoup villagers.

But we aren't going to do anything unilaterally. We have Britain, Spain, Portugal, Italy, Poland, Bulgaria, Romania, Hungary, the Czechs and the Slovaks, the Australians, Canada, Turkey, Kuwait, Bahrain and Qatar along for the ride. Ahh, but you mean the trouble would start if we don't have FRANCE, GERMANY, CHINA, or RUSSIA on board for a UN rubber stamp! Like I said, the terrorists don't give a damn about the UN.

Although France apparently has much to hide, you hardly ever hear them referred to globally as swaggering cowboys.

Well of course not, the unilateral invasion of Ivory Coast and a jealous guarding of its perogatives in former West African colonies isn't swaggering and cowboyish at all. It's petulant and hypocritical.
