Dear tiguer: You know, light bulbs are such a silly thing. You never even think of them unless one goes out. But, I served on the Palm Beach County, Fl. "Minny Grace Commission" for a couple of years. Basically, our job was to review various departments looking for ways to cut costs and improve efficiency. It was there I learned of how SERIOUS light bulbs actually are. You would be amazed at the costs associated with keeping all the lightbulbs from office buildings to traffic lights LIT. I dont know why SCOTT would harp on the subject maybe a lightbulb went off in his head?? (gg). But, I can tell you if only someone knew WHEN a lightbulb was about to expire it would make a lot of jobs easier in county government. JDN
