Tech stocks are very oversold short term and the mkt is now in the shrugging off bad news mode....i would not be surprised to see the stock delayed on the open with order imbalances on the buy side as people realize that this stocks advance was delayed because of the so called currency problem that IBM managed so well...the true earnings were great and their hedgers will turn the currency problem into a profit center in time .....i expect short covering as the bears were probably startled when they saw the numbers and the real "CURRENCY EFFECT"...srevices are a growth area and IBM's worldwide presence is very compelling.....the stock is even now just a bit higher from where it was in 87 and this is now one hell of a different company In conjunction with MSFT we will have a tag team rally tomorrow...
