Phil, those who wait and let others put the pieces together might
not be allowed to see what progress has or has not been made.

If so they might feel that they don't understand current events,
and might even think progress or not being made, when another
analyst of the current picture shows a picture of a different
perspective.

Those who stay on the sideline may speak to those in the game,
but those sounds may be ignored or feed mis-information.

If asked a question I will answer directly or say not able.

So far your posts do not following events as I know them.

But these battles may or not determine the game's end result.
