The way you are able to quickly gather historical data I think you must be the thread's Historian.

The selling of shares by John Babish was an unfortunate event in the life of the old company but I don't believe it had anything to do with dilution . The argument could be made that his selling caused the price of the stock to drop but how was it diluted?

Your inclusion of the quote from Jonathan's post regarding dilution and his editorial comment do not give me any reason to believe that the available shares will be utilized in any other way but to increase company value.

This is a brand new company with new leadership and I for one have the utmost confidence in Colin Campbell. I'm sure he will work diligently to increase shareholder value, not deplete it.
