I agree with you. Technically, Babish's sale wasn't "dilution" per se, but it was dumping stock held by a key player onto the market. I only raised the point of his stock sale to illustrate why I don't think the Campbells are likely to dump their shares or Biomar's shares onto the market in the forseeable future.
