JONATHAN, let me add my thanks for the great posting on the meting. AS TO ROBIN AND HIS QUESTION. / the price has to be one dollar and higher, have certain net worth, certain number of shares and the value of the shares must be a certain number.. we qualify on all but the stock price. i was informed as stated..we , meaning the company is aware of the problem and it will be settled easily by buyers<grin> of the stock.. so, i see the dollar price in the near future. of course any kind of decent news would get us there. so i look at volume and price to figure out what is happening. of course progess on any front, real progess, kind we could put our teeth into, would get us there. last desperate measure would be a reverse split which will not happen.. nor will delisting happen. good trading to all of us
