Keith, I hope everyone who reads my posts knows that all my opinions may turn out to be nothing but garbage. I'm here learning just as much by discussing potential outcomes from everyone else as I am by formulating and sharing my own opinions. In other words I hope you don't miss out on a good buy because you wait too long. Most of what I have been looking at lately is worst case scenario. As Gottfried has pointed out I may be wrong. RtS
