Thanks Jonathan and Paul, I hope that Bernie Landes doesn't have to have an in-person meeting with NASDAQ, but I'm sure he will be able to make a strong case to keep the company listed if he does. In just a few months they have replaced the old Board with top notch new talent, cut down on legal fees by ending unnecessary litigation, cut down the burn rate and raised significant capital so the company's existence is probably assured for the rest of this year even if it doesn't make one sale, developed a new plan for using PRLN's assays for its BioFIT program, signed a letter of intent with Natures Way, vastly improved their Web site to make it an efficient tool to communicate with stockholders, and held a shareholders meeting. Of course, they can't guarantee success. They can't even guarantee that they will get a signed contract with Nature's Way. But they should have an easy time demonstrating that they are making a serious attempt to turn this into a profitable company. If they are given a chance to make their case before NASDAQ delists them then I think they have a very good chance of avoiding delisting. Robin Messing
