You still didn't answer the original point about Teltek: According to cpuc.ca.gov , Teltek Communication International is not licensed as an interexchange carrier by the CPUC. (They are however listed on the list of licensed cellular resellers at cpuc.ca.gov ) You are still engaging in personal attacks against me, instead of dealing with the facts I found.
