Please, I come from a county in Maryland where they won't even stop people from smoking crack in the courthouse let alone inside their homes! Those Monkey county people obviously don't know a crime when they see it. WTF was their reasoning for banning Santa!? Too fat? Offended old people? Beards hiding contraband? Too many pediphiles in red suits?
