When you spoke to Jack today, how did he sound and what was his mood? Was all this his doing of was he influenced by WOTD? They should have waited for a profitable 10Q before any reverse. What was the hurry anyway??? They already had the cash and shares for the first acquisition. Folks were sitting (with cash in hand) on the sidelines waiting for the merger announcement, now the name CVIA is MUDD... Whether they care or not, the internet boards ARE a force that need to be considered and reckoned with. CVIA/WOTD is going to have a very rough start unless this is addressed SOON... Still not too late to declare a typo. Change the 50MM to 500,000! You can ask for an increase later, after you've proven yourselves!
