Neil, My sources tell me that CMNT has been pitching themselves to some fund managers over the last couple of days. That could explain the volume. OPUS Development. I remember seeing that name yesterday. Not for long, because I had to make a left (or was that a right) turn. <g> It actually is a nice area, but I can't figure out how you give directions. Left, Right, North, South, East, and West are pretty much useless. The best advice I got was from the receptionist. She said, "Just stay to the right, until you hit 169". <g> I didn't see any geese, but the whole experience reminded me of Gran Prix racing. Nobody seemed to stay in their lanes. Craig
