Good statement of the downside case, Rod, and your assessment came out just a buck a share (high end)different from Rich's work (see above). Aim me at an entry point for that short, and I'll follow your hasty exit to find my broker. But let's follow up at some point, and see if this good work turned out to be as profitable as it's looking here.. OLE
