Mike, My low risk foreign stock idea is a Large Malyasian conglomerate SIDBY ( Sime Darby). It's one of the oldest companies and got out of money loosing banking business. The stock is trading around 4 Ringit likely to trade over 8 as earnings turn around. In addition you have a chance to benefit from currency appreciation.
