I know some smart people own this one, but when there are usually a host of closed-end funds trading at nice discounts, I can't myself view a closed-end fund trading at a premium as a Value, particularly now after there has been such a huge rally in the underlying asset class.

I am not saying this investment will do poorly, just that it is not a Value in my book. Also, be careful when rates rise, as this will jack up the borrowing costs for the fund, which is leveraged.
