David,

I have only now been able to get on line--was that frustrating--I guess I nice quiet secluded trip into the mountains is out of the question for me.

It never fails the day that I can't get access to the internet something interesting takes place with some stocks that I am following.

Did I get any at .12? No! But in a way I'm glad--I'd rather see the price on an upward mode!

I realize that I have been leaning towards the frustrated side on my recent postings from a shareholders perspective-but there is a reason for that!

For whatever reason--when I try to ask questions and get answers from companies using the friendly and cordial approach ( which is what I am usually most comfortable with) I seem to get thrown a few scraps that never seem to come about!

Therefore my postings showing some disappointment and frustration as an shareholder on this thread are in hopes that it catches an eye of an
NYRR Management Representative suggesting that shareholders need to be kept in the loop--My guess is that they follow this thread on a regular basis.JMO!

I notice that some OTC-BB Companies have hired some solid Investor Relations firms that have even subscribed to S.I. and are posting on S.I.---this takes cares of two challanges--it doesn't take company managements valuable time to answer questions---and the shareholders are happy campers because someone is keeping them in the information loop! From the success I have seen resulting from such a scenario --I suggest that NYRR Management at least consider the possibilites.

Even if there is not a lot to say at this time-- they could start at least getting the IR firm established so when and/or if there is exciting news the communication base is established and in place. JMO!

Well enough BLAH BLAH BLAH! from me.

Best Regards,

Wayne J.
