Hi Ken, normally the data is ready for download between 8 and 9 pm EAST. Friday was the first time time i had to wait that long. I've never had problems to get to the web page. It takes about one minute to download and 3-4 minutes to update the database. Bottomline: it's fast and reliable. The biggest bang for the bucks IMO. I had Reuters before, Q+ is much better and cheaper. Jurgen
