Buzz, the acquisition of the switch was a crucial step in establishing the connectivity that Jeff spoke of, and it is limited because only traditional PSTN-like service products are achievable from this arrangement. But that's the state of the art with most traffic-bearing ITSPs, now. The important thing is that the network now has this capability. Other, more enhanced, types of services, such as Jeff was referring to, have to do with true IP convergence at the mixed application levels. These are essentially desktop-oriented applications that have to do with productivity and office automation, as well as with consumer GUI-based applications. But these go beyond the Phase One goals of simply getting international traffic established and rolling. All things will progress in their proper time and sequence, I trust.
