David, Mr. Robert R. Crawford has announced his retirement as President & CEO of New York Regional Rail and the Board is responding by launching a search for a replacement--according to today's PR Newswire-January 27, 1999,17:02 . I found the news release at the Yahoo Finance Site. It will be interesting to see how the market reacts tomorrow and the day's after--but based on today's higher than average volume and increased share price it could be interesting to see how the dynamics of this scenario unfolds.
