Thanks for the update....
You seem better informed than most of us and that's what this thread should be about. Sharing info on our investment. Here's just a few things I'd like to share with all of you:

01. I first heard of AGTI about 5 yrs ago by SGA Goldstar. At that time they were the only press AGTI was getting. They hyped this stock from $3.00 to $11.00 in 6 months or so. I fell in love with the story as many other new investors did. My $8.00 shares are now worth .20. What worries me now is that with all the new press they are getting
(AGTI Indian Gaming Magazine, Bingo Manager, Indian Gaming Report and Casino Journal, free media coverage from Newsweek Japan, The Vancouver Sun and The Los Angeles, two advertisements in SMART MONEY magazine during July/August combined issue and in the September issue)
THE STOCK DOESN'T BUDGE, or better yet it goes down... I can only believe that it's AGTI's credibility and reputation that is keeping investors away. It took many years of mistakes for them to loose their credibility so it may take a while to get it back. I hope in time they will!!!

02. Be careful of the enthusiasm expressed by AGTI personell. They are very nice hard working people whom you can't help but like and believe. Just remember, it's their job to hype investors.. And while some of the names have changed, the hype has always been the same.
Right now it's Bob Hunziker & Darren Little. Before them, Brian Deer & David Jackson (who left to persue their own projects but still own a large position). I remember Jackson telling me in 01/97 that "THIS IS GOING TO BE A STELLAR QUARTER FOR AGTI". He got me so excited that I bought more shares at .65 (sucker). Then there was CJ Craig. Poor CJ became the scape goat a few years ago because of his "ANY DAY NOW" predictions. Even the top executives get very excited when they speak about their beloved company. Silzer himself is such a ball of energy that after speaking with him you'll wanna go out and mortgage the house to buy more shares. The bottom line is that until we see positive earnings, beware of the hype.

03. Executive Salaries: Way out of line. $175,000. for Silzer when this company has yet to produce a profit. Many investors have complained to the company about this but it seems to fall on deaf ears. Or maybe not... It seems they made an error about that very topic in the August proxy statement. Do you remember????
"DUE TO AN ERROR BY THE PRINTERS, THE SALARY OF ROBERT C. SILZER APPEARS AS $75,000 INSTEAD OF THE CORRECT AMOUNT OF $175,000". Come on guys, we all own computers and printers. Printers print what you put in, nothing more, nothing less. This was a calculated error if you ask me (MY OPINION). It's funny that nothing else in the report was printed wrong. Very suspicious.... Things like this is what I mean about credibility.

Now please don't think that I am trashing the company. I am merely passing along real facts and experiences. We the investor are all in the same boat and we need to join forces and share the knowledge, be it good or bad. After all, wasn't it investor complaints that led the company to drop the Reverse Split??? And don't forget something very important. AGTI reads this thread!!!!

Is anyone going to Vegas Gaming Conference?????
