I bet these guys were thinking -

We'll do the reverse split and we'll be trading in the $5 to $6 range.
We'll buy the new company with 250K in cash and 1mm shares of stock.
We'll just go downstairs and print up a few million more shares to buy a bunch of more companies! Every acquisition should add a few bucks to the stock trading price.
The only problem is if the stock trashes back down to a dime, the they will need 60mm shares of stock to make the first deal. (REVERSE SPLIT PHASE II)

Here is where we are today:

{PUBLIC SHELL CVIA}
+ {WOTD}
________________
={PUBLIC SHELL NAMED WOTD}

We are still only worth 500K + tax LCF + investor confidence(0)

WESTERN OIL MAKES AS MUCH 1Q 98 AS CVIA DID = $0

If I was the first acquisition target I think I'd be worried what my stock is going to be worth in a month. They may sell a few million dollar company for a few hundred K.
