John: Totally out of character for you. The stress levels you exhibit is right up there with mine. I go along with the SST ( Sungold Standard Time)

The Judge has the case for 4 months and no decision on where it is to go - Federal or State. The SEC approved its portion , effectively 30 Mar 99. We have waited over a month for approval of a MM form 211 albeit its had to be resubmitted several time because of ??????. Also the signing of the lease agreement has been in the making since way back when. We on schedule and the plan is working. OK
