Is PWTC similar to Ballard in any way? Has anyone compared the 2? Volume's been strange - looks like something's going on with PWTC. The only comp I've been given is Ballard Power and so far the only similarity I see is they both have "power" in their names. Otherwise have found nada except a rebounding chart for PWTC.
