Tim, In November of last year, I purchased a Samsung 905 DVD player and I am very pleased with its performance. It was reportedly a 2nd generation machine at the time I bought it. I paid $549 and purchased it from J & R Music World in New York. I could not find any Samsung dealers in Ohio. Samsung's website is sosimple.com You might want to take a look and see if there is a dealer in your city.

Earlier on this website or yahoo there was at least one post concerning the latest Samsung 927 (?) DVD player. (I hope I got the model number correctly) At any rate the poster had either purchased or tried one or looked at it in the store. His reaction--he was quite pleased! At any rate the website ought to have detailed information on the latest available models. Zenith also uses a CUBE chip. There my be others. You might want to check out David Nadalin's website (Sorry I don't have the URL handy--help anyone???)

Regards, Dave R.
