The "intentionally" is unlikely. Heck,I think even Iraq's attack on the Stark was an accident.

You ought to be really outraged at Len Grasso and Thomas M as they've praised Hezbollah several times recently and there is no doubt Hezbollah deliberately attacked Americans numerous times killing many hundreds.
