For the most part you're right. Texas had quite a few
incidences and seemed to be one of the exceptions.

Most of these smaller communities shouldn't even have a SWAT team and they wouldn't if, Nixon hadn't subsidized them all over the country. All of a sudden these areas that never had a drug problem developed one in a hurry....<g>

I could be wrong though, my memory sucks....
