Hi,

I am running ME and NAV on a Dell Dimension 4100. I am connected to the Internet via cable. I also use SpyBot to rid the PC of unwanted cookies. Read lots of talk here about Zone Alarm and was wondering if you think I need to run that also for extra protection. TIA.
