From MarketEdge, institutions hold 5.41% (down from 7%) and insiders hold 15% (no change) as of 5/7 from three months ago. The outstanding shares are 41.55M shares.

Don't know who own the rest of 80% shares. Probably, many portion would be owned by GATE employees throughout options and 401K. Theoretically, small investors like us may, however, have decision power. Your vote may not be a waste of time.

Wonder how GATE manage shortage of finance.
