When you really get down to it, nothing has changed except for a great pump job. Check out this article and read into the release to see the real story. I would be careful with market conditions being the way they are on this one.

Michigan, ZDNet seems to be wrong on this one. The prospectus as well as the conference call both mention that Autobytel gets a cut of sales, moreover, they can raise their fees on a short notice (also touched upon on the CC), so higher sales do translate immediately to higher revenues.

But hey, let's suppose for the sake of the argument, that Autobytel was not to see the benefits of higher sales until next year. Who cares? would you hesitate to loan me $10,000 at prime if it turns out that $1mill money order I have on my hands can only be made good a month from now instead of today? Of course not!
