Of the DSL service providers (CLECs), COVD has the largest
market cap. It raised lots of $$
recently to fund its expansion plans.

NPNT has the next largest market cap followed by
RTHM. NPNT's lockup period expires/expired in November.

CMTN is a supplier of DSL equipment.
