Doak, The popularity of this thread depends on what I call the fast driving syndrome. If the market is sitting still, nobody posts much. But if we are driving fast, then we are either the windshield or the bug, and both can be interesting. -G- Genzyme Tissue Repair is symbol GENZL. They are a subsidiary of Genzyme Corp, as is another favorite of mine, Genzyme Transgenics (GZTC). GENZL has a product called Cericel which they implant into knee tissue to repair damages. It is being sold, but it is not without controversy, which is why the stock is down from the thirties. The main thing I like about Genzl is that their entire pipeline is filled with interesting products, many of which I beleive will be better than Cericel. Having a parent with deep pockets is also quite handy. Sang-Stat, symbol SANG, is primarily in the immune system area and their lead product is a generic form of cyclosporine, for organ transplant patients. My mother had a liver and kidney transplant and she takes Cyclosporine and it is one expensive drug. $750-1100 a month and she is on a low dose. The generic, when it is released, will be very popular. They have a deep pipeline and some big doper support. Good luck, MB
