Terms of financing corrected

Mr Roy Leahy reports
Further to news in Stockwatch February 19 1998, the company has
corrected the terms of the proposed private placement. The
10,000,000 special warrants will be priced at $0.14 (instead of
$0.13) for proceeds of $1,400,000 (instead of $1,300,000). The
exercise price and duration of the accompanying warrants remain
unchanged at $0.18 for two years.
