"I am the way and the truth and the light , and no-one comes to the father except thru me "

whoever wrote that passage in , did so very cleverly and with ulterior motive .

Christianity loses much , and disturbs so much with this claim , and precipitated so much future violence and persecution as they doctored their own scritpures to fit the purpose of empire preservation and their own patently endlessly phony elevation , and the persecution of others .

naughty scared , pretending little children...but here then , there were just so many barbarians at the gates .

But it doesn't detract from Jesus's own life , imo ...if he did what he did for youthful idealistic purpose. I for one , would certainly give him much praise without the bombastics of all that later poetic licenses
and creative insertions into the story.
