Without any doubt, the West would love and drool to see China in chaos with internal strife, disorderly and in turmoil. So they can go back in there and divide the country into various sectors very similar to what Shanghai was in the 1920's, 1930's and early 1940's. Yep, make them become coolies again, in perpetuity and eternally.
