PBS is staffed with leftwingers so the WH probably didn't even need to tell PBS to write that. But they might have anyway. They have had meetings with PBS, NPR, MSNBC folks to get talking points out. PBS and NPR are just leftwing government propaganda organs, no different from Pravda during the Soviet era.
