Oklahoma Energy Corp. (OKOK) Some DD frm RB. rumor is they are reopening their refinery.

From RB:
"VERIFIED OKOK...
Don't post a lot, but this is worth it. I actually called the President of OKOK yesterday using the phone number given out in earlier post. According to him, this thing started 3 years ago when he found this company floundering. He and his partners bought up some shares, then asked the company to reorganize. They refused, so He & his partners bought up enough shares to oust the incumbants. Since then, Al has acted as President.

The refinery is located in Ciro (sp?) Oklahoma. He said it was a large facility once owned by APCO (?). Al confirmed that he met with the EPA and other agencies last week and that the meetings were "productive". I asked him if the refinery would start up March 17 as posted ealier, he said no, but soon. He said he didn't want to say too much because things were not "definite", but his comment was that "those boards(RB) are on the right track". He mentioned the word granfathered when talking about the EPA, so my guess is they may agree to grandfather some emmissions limits for his facility.

He is a straight talker with what looks like the real deal" to me.
