On writer Joe McGinniss, Sarah Palin's new neighbor:


Jeffrey MacDonald, who was convicted of murdering his wife and two daughters, hired McGinniss to write a book about the murder case hoping to prove he was innocent. The result was Fatal Vision, which went a long way toward proving MacDonald actually killed his family.

MacDonald is still in prison.
