where do ya suppose that 200m is coming from? what does your balance sheet analysis tell about pro forma vs actual?
and to what effect will it have on vrts? here's my guess...

income stmt
depr exp...d
acc depr...c

balance sheet stmt
retained earnings...d
intangible assets...c

at current pace, i suspect vrts has 8 more qtrs of pro forma ahead of them, unless they 0 out the intangibles. vrts has been performing this function for 8 straight qtrs already. this is not hide the pickle now, accounting wise. the difference lies in how those purchases were made, debt vs shares imo for most companies.
