The only things I can add to John's notes on the CC are: DirectTV-LA could lead to more biz in Latin Am and N. Am. if Divi proves good vendor. CUBE will be at Alex Brown conference tomorrow. The two most important things said were: Expect acceleration of sequential growth next quarter. DVD bookings look good for next quarter. I originally began following this stock because of the Divicom acquisition. Since then Divi revs have doubled. Now it looks like DVD might eventually replace VCD. I will consider selling in the 40s. My avg. cost is 19. How many other NASDAQ "chip" stocks have remained profitable lately? Tim
